    I would love to have a breakdown of how many of the new cars have the industry agreed standard CCS connector as opposed to Chadamo and AC connectors.

    Because Ecotricity still have loads of their sites without any CCS connectors at all! For instance 4 consecutive motorway services from Exeter to almost Bristol do NOT have CCS connectors!

    Now both Renault and Tesla have joined the CharlN CCS association – for future vehicles. That only leaves Nissans EVs out on their own. Or does the new Leaf have a CCS?

    I believe that the EU directive mandates, including the UK, that all new rapid chargers installed from 18th November 2017 have a CCS connector. But unfortunately it is not retrospective so existing sites do not have to be upgraded.
