InstaVolt is in the process of installing its rapid charge points at Certas Energy forecourts, after agreeing a nationwide deal with the fuel company that will see the rapid charging specialist further expand its network.
InstaVolt is one of the fastest growing UK charging networks currently, and will look to install up one or two charge points at each Certas Energy site. Certas Energy supplies fuel to Gulf and Pace forecourts.
Gulf fuel retailers will see the rapid chargers installed by InstaVolt, with EV drivers requiring no membership fees, apps, or RFID cards. The points are accessed and users charged by using a contactless bank card.

As the InstaVolt points go live, they will appear on Zap-Map, with the network a dynamic data partner. This gives Zap-Map users live status information on each charge point, to see whether the unit is available, in use, or out of service.
