Renault has officially unveiled its new, longer-range Kangoo Van Z.E. van at the Brussels Motor Show, with the compact LCV joined by a new Master Z.E. large panel van.

The Kangoo Van Z.E. now has an official range of 168 miles (NEDC), an increase of more than 50% and the longest of any all-electric LCV. To decrease charging times, Renault has included a new 7kW 32A charger, which means a full charge will take around six hours for the 33 kWh battery pack.

The Master Z.E. is a new model for Renault and will be available in four versions – three lengths and two heights. Also equipped with a 33 kWh battery, the Master Z.E. good for 124 miles (NEDC), and able to be charged in six hoours from a 7kW wallbox.

Both will be available with specialist business apps such as My Z.E. Connect Pro – designed for fleet use. The Kangoo Van Z.E. will be available from the middle of 2017, and the Master Z.E. towards the end of the year.
