Electric Vehicle charge point supplier Rolec EV has again been appointed as the official charge point supplier for the Cenex LCV Show, due to take place next month. As the manufacturer of Europe’s widest range of EV charging units, the Boston-based company has supplied more than 40,000 points to date.

Rolec’s Managing Director Kieron Alsop said: “We are delighted to have once again been chosen as the official supplier of EV charging points for the Cenex LCV 2016 Low Carbon Vehicle Event. We are looking forward to exhibiting our wide range of EV charging solutions from our stand too – stand number C3317.

“As a company Rolec strongly believes in, and supports, the event’s three main aims – to provide a showcase for UK capabilities, to position the UK as a leader in LCV technology development, and to build organisations’ awareness and confidence to adopt Low Carbon Vehicle technologies in their vehicle and fleet operations.”

The Cenex LCV event is supported by the likes of Innovate UK, the Department for Business Innovation and Skills, the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership, the Office for Low Emission Vehicles, UK Trade & Investment, and the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.

Taking place on Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th September, the LCV Show is recognised as the UK’s leading low carbon vehicle show. The event also bookends the LowCVP Low Carbon Champions Awards 2016, which looks to champion leading firms in the low carbon vehicle industry.
