The official title for the event is “Low Carbon Contribution: Driving growth and delivering jobs”. The focus will be primarily on the correlation between the progress of low carbon transport and the UK’s economic growth with Baroness Kramer, Minister of state for Transport, confirmed as the keynote speaker.
Results of a study on low carbon automotive investment, commissioned by LowCVP, will be a central element to the morning’s discussions.
The day will also cover how national low carbon policy agenda can be delivered on a local level as well the politics and prospects for lower carbon fuel.
In addition to Baroness Kramer, there will be a number of high profile and influential speakers that will contribute at the conference.
