To all our Zap-Map users:

This is to let you know that, during the Coronavirus outbreak, Zap-Map will continue to bring you the latest information about new charge points, latest charge point statuses, and important EV charging news.

The Zap-Map team are already working from home, and we are fully focused on both supporting the ongoing data operation as well as developing new features for Zap-Map; features that we know users need in the longer term.

If you have any support issues over the coming weeks, with the app or desktop, please contact us by email on support@zap-map.com. If you need other assistance or have more general comments or business questions, you can get in touch via contact@zap-map.com.

Please note that we are unable to answer the office telephone, so please direct all enquiries via email. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, but please bear with us if there is more of a delay than usual. We will also be monitoring our social media channels as usual.

Further updates will be provided as and when necessary – particularly covering any issues relating to charging across the UK network.
