Urban Fox charging network costs

Access is via Zap-Pay, or the Urban Fox app. Simply select your charge point in the Urban Fox app and follow on-screen instructions.
To discover how much it will cost to charge an EV from an Urban Fox charge point, head to Zapmap’s Public Charging Calculator. This allows you to select any new or used plug-in vehicle, and tailor elements – such as electricity cost and charge required – for personalised results.
How to use Urban Fox charge points
You will need to use your own Type 2 connector cable for Urban Fox's 7kW lamppost chargers and its retractable UEone charge points - these are flat with the ground when not in use to remove street clutter. The charge points rise out of the ground when you start a session allowing you to plug in. Please go to the location provided on Zapmap or the Urban Fox app to find them as they can be hard to spot. Urban Fox's higher-powered chargers (50kW+) come with inbuilt cables that can be used to charge your EV.
Access is via Zap-Pay, or the Urban Fox app. Simply select your charge point in the Urban Fox app and follow on-screen instructions.
To end your charging session, unlock your vehicle to release and remove the charging cable. You may have a button in your vehicle that unlocks the cable, so please refer to your vehicle user guide.
Once you have removed the cable from your vehicle socket, the cable will also be unlocked from the charge point to allow you to remove your cable. You can also select “End session” in the app.
Zap-Pay
You can use Zap-Pay to pay for your charging sessions at any Urban Fox charge points.
Zap-Pay is the simple way to pay for charging within the Zapmap app. Select the charger you'd like to use within the app, and start your charging session at the press of a button.
You can check on the status of your charge at any time to see the estimated cost and the charge time remaining.
VAT receipts for all charging sessions are stored within the app, and can be accessed at any time to download to your device.
Where are Urban Fox charge points located?
All Urban Fox points can be found on Zapmap by using the network filter. This can be used on the desktop and mobile apps, and displays only those points operated by Urban Fox.
Charging types and speeds can be filtered too, showing only those points that are compatible with users’ cars.
Select 'Filters' -> 'Networks' -> 'Urban Fox' to view only Urban Fox charge points.
