MG will supply up to 100 of its ZS EV pure-electric crossovers to NHS agencies to help battle the Coronavirus outbreak in the UK.
The intention is for the electric vehicles to aid safe travel for key workers, boosting transport capacity at low cost.
The first six cars have been delivered to the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Trust, with additional ZS EVs due in the next few weeks.
MG is loaning the EVs for up to six months as part of the scheme, free of charge.
