Ecotricity has announced its opening times for Electric Highway support over the Christmas period. With many drivers set to be travelling over this time, it could mean disruption for EV owners should problems occur with the network.
This is because the office will be closed from Saturday 24th December to Tuesday 27th December, and then again from Saturday 31st December to Monday 2nd January.
The period in between – Wednesday 28th December to Friday 30th December – the Electric Highway office will be open from 8am to 5pm.
You can check the status of Electric Highway points via the network’s smartphone app, while you can also use the Zap-Map desktop site, or iOS or Android apps, to find Ecotricity charge points and alternative units.
A recent update to the Zap-Map apps and desktop now feature live data on the Chargemaster POLAR network, with more networks due to come online in the new year.
